Location:    Sutton/Wallington area, but may be required to travel to other college sites occasionally

Working Pattern:    36 hours per week, Term Time plus 2 weeks (38 weeks)

Contract:   18 months Level 3 Customer Service Apprenticeship

As an Assessment and Student Services Apprentice you will be providing assistance and support to both the Assessment and Placement team with the admissions, assessment and enrolment process for learners applying to the College/Student Services team for the arrangements and provision of support for current students attending College. The MIS team to support for the management of the Examinations and Awards process, assisting with the co-ordination of student award portfolios ready for both internal and external verification and co-ordination of invigilators and exams access arrangements and timetabling.

You will receive training and support to achieve your intermediate level apprenticeship in customer service. You must have Functional/key skills at Level 2 or above in English and maths or equivalent.
