Required to start September 2017

Grade C1: £20,661 - £22,658 Pro rata  

Actual starting salary £18,946 for 37 hours per week, term time only + 20 days (subject to a 6 month probationary period)

We are looking to appoint an Assessment Officer. The purpose of this post is to provide accurate and timely information to Middle Leaders and Senior Management regarding pupil performance and also to develop strategies to improve the monitoring of young people throughout the school.    

This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate who is keen to be at the forefront of our organisational change. The GORSE Academies Trust continues to demonstrate exceptional opportunities for the students within the Trust. Recently, Hillcrest Academy joined The Morley Academy and The Farnley Academy in being rated as Outstanding in all categories in their inspections’; we are determined to see The Ruth Gorse Academy achieve the same.

The Ruth Gorse Academy moved into a new £23 million premises in September 2016, with exceptional sports facilities, science laboratories and a suite for pupils who have special educational needs.
