Guildford College (Merrist Wood Site) are seeking to appoint an Assessor / Instructor in Horticulture / Work based learning.

We are looking for an individual who will be responsible for the delivery of quality training and assessment for a number of qualifications in Horticulture, including Apprenticeship Frameworks and professional short courses, associated with Horticulture. You will be conducting practical instruction, skills development and assessment of learners in accordance with the requirements of the awarding body both within the College environment and within the workplace. You will be also delivering underpinning knowledge and the appropriate technical certificate as part of the Apprenticeship framework at college.

This is a permanent, full-time position based at Merrist Wood College.

Merrist Wood is the only land based college in Surrey and is a beautiful estate made up of Woodlands, wetlands and grasslands. With one of the largest Equine arenas in the south east, the college holds a national and international reputation amongst employers and industry officials.
