Sir John Nelthorpe School is a successful and popular 11-19 mixed comprehensive school with a rapidly growing roll (currently 731 students). It has a caring ethos and a long tradition of high academic attainment.
We are seeking to appoint a dynamic, enthusiastic and well-qualified teacher who will help to lead a successful and supportive Humanities faculty and teach Geography across all key stages from January 2019. Experience of teaching ‘A’ Level Geography, whilst desirable, is not essential, but it is expected that the successful candidate has the desire and ability to do so. The post is suitable for experienced as well as recently qualified teachers with excellent induction programmes available at all levels.
