Job overview
We are seeking to appoint an Assistant Caretaker to support the premises team at Winston Way Primary and manage the effective day to day operation, health & safety, maintenance, compliance and lettings of the buildings and grounds. You will need to have extensive experience of managing buildings/site maintenance and strong knowledge of all legislation in relation to health & safety and risk management is essential.
The ideal candidate will relish the challenge of working in a fast-paced environment. They will be highly committed and unwavering in their desire to make a real difference to the lives of young people.
