Job overview

Guildford College Group are seeking to appoint an Assistant Conduct Officer.

In this role you will be the front line member for student incidents and call-outs, maintaining and promoting a safe college environment for everyone onsite. You will be supporting the management of student behaviour, recording incidents, arranging disciplinary interviews and carrying out administration. This is all whilst ensuring safeguarding and Child Protection Legislation and procedures are followed.

You will be required to undertake training around Safeguarding, Conflict Management, First Aid, Fire Marshall and CPD as required and as identified to fulfil the tasks required.

This is a permanent, term time only position working 36 hours per week, 38 weeks per year, based at our Stoke Park Campus. The actual salary for this role is £16,138 - £18,138 per annum.
