Are you an outstanding English practitioner looking for the next challenge? The Governing Board of Guiseley School is seeking to appoint a Curriculum Leader for English to commence in post on a permanent basis on 1st January 2019.

Guiseley School is an 11-18 fully inclusive school situated in a small town in the City of Leedsin West Yorkshire. Historically part of the West Riding of Yorkshire, it is now a suburb of north west Leeds and close to the stunning Dales.

The successful candidate will be an excellent leader, have ambition and a passion for English, and will have the opportunity to contribute fully to the further development of an established English department in its journey towards achieving excellence, by inspiring and motivating both staff and students to fulfil their potential.

Guiseley School is an 11-18 fully inclusive school situated in a small town in the City of Leeds in West Yorkshire. Historically part of the West Riding of Yorkshire, it is now a suburb of north west Leeds and close to the stunning Dales. The school is part of a Co-operative Trust established in 2014. The school works jointly with a number of local schools to promote the welfare and success of the children of Aireborough. As part of the local community, Guiseley School has a firm reputation for high standards in both behaviour and academic endeavour.
