Job overview

This role is all about potential: of place and of people. We want to ensure that the potential of our children and young people can flourish - equipping them with the skills and knowledge that they need to achieve their very best. This is a role where an experienced and committed education professional can make a lasting difference. Home to ambitious and far-reaching regeneration activity, Medway is establishing itself as a great place to live, work, learn and visit.

Working closely with school leaders across all phases, you’ll help to strengthen partnerships that encourage greater consistency and collaboration to raise attainment. You’ll have a key role to play in promoting inclusion and integrated working across education, social care and health, supporting better outcomes for all children. Building trust and rapport with school leaders will be vital to bringing about change, so a proven professional track record in school improvement and a detailed knowledge of the current and emerging agenda in the sector is essential.

Momentum is building in Medway. It’s a place where you can make great things happen.
