As the ‘front line’ pastoral leader for our KS4 students, this fulfilling role will provide a wealth of developmental opportunities and the chance to work with a diverse range of professionals.  Your ability to build relationships, with students and colleagues, and apply your trusted yet innovative techniques to support, challenge and bring out the best possible outcomes for students, will be key.

Students will be at the heart of your endeavours and with a deep understanding of their needs, you could be a pivotal change agent for the young people in our school, providing them with the tools to excel in their journey through life, as lifelong, independent learners.

The role will also entail logging, monitoring and analysing student data and encouraging positive attitudes and behaviour around school through a visual presence and effective intervention.

Headteacher - Alison Gallagher

Foxford Community School joined the Castle Phoenix Trust in October 2018, who are committed to supporting the vision and values of the new headteacher. Foxford is a co-educational maintained secondary school situated in Longford, Coventry. The school is for students aged 11-18 and features a sixth form with capacity for 200 students.

The new headteacher started at Foxford in October 2020 including new recruits to her leadership team. They are passionate about ensuring all students have a good education. At Foxford we are extremely proud of our school and our students which study here. Students develop into confident young adults who are committed to preparing for their future career and study choices. Foxford is an inclusive school that focuses on the serious business of achievement for all students.
