Assistant Faculty Leader for Mathematics (TLR 2 currently £4689)  

We are seeking to appoint an inspirational teacher with the skills, experience and energy to support the Faculty Leader of this thriving Faculty from September 2017. Maths is a strong subject, with 73% of students achieving an A*-C grade in the summer of 2016. Maths is taught to A Level, and includes Further Maths.  We are a popular and successful school which is oversubscribed, and where staff professional development is at the heart of our work. This is an exciting time to be joining Gosford Hill School as it enters the next phase of its journey under the leadership of its new Headteacher. Visits to the school, by arrangement, are welcome.    Gosford Hill School is an oversubscribed school, situated in Kidlington, on the north western edge of Oxford near to the new Oxford Parkway Station (a 50 minute journey from London). We are also fortunate to be at the gateway to the rural Cotswolds.   If you are interested in the post, please complete a Gosford Hill School application form and include a letter (of no more than 2 sides of A4) outlining your reasons for applying and your suitability for the post.
