We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Assistant Faculty Leader to join our successful and well-established Maths Faculty.  You will be joining a well-resourced faculty with a supportive ethos that strives for the highest standards of education.

The Avon Valley School is an oversubscribed 11-16 school with a specialism within the Performing Arts, which is known for its aspirational and caring environment. Following our Ofsted Inspection in July 2017, we were graded a “Good” School. We are looking to attract committed individuals, to become valued members of our staff. The school is run by a highly dedicated senior leadership team, who have the upmost care and respect for our students, our staff and the local community.

• Focussed career development, including yearly appraisals, with 6 month reviews

• We offer twilight sessions, and will part fund external courses 

• Focus on staff development, and internal promotion.
