This is a senior management role, focussed on ensuring that the Union’s organisational structures contribute to improving the lives of teachers across the UK. 

You will have a key responsibility for the Union’s democratic and administrative processes including strategic developments for IT, Health and Safety and the Union’s commercial activities. 

Your day-to-day activities will be varied with excellent opportunities for personal and career development at a senior management level. 

You will combine outstanding leadership and motivational skills with an empathy for working in a membership organisation. A career within the Trade Union movement is not essential but a sympathetic understanding of, and commitment to, the values which inform our activities is.
