We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and inspirational Assistant Head to join our Senior
Leadership Team from September 2020. You will have responsibility for the strategic
leadership and development of pastoral care ensuring the best pastoral outcome for our students.

You will have outstanding professional skills and personal qualities, with a record of high
performance including that as a classroom practitioner. You are likely to have substantial
experience of pastoral leadership and proven experience in managing a team in an
academic environment. You should have effective communication skills to relate
successfully with students, colleagues and the wider community.
The position is full time with an attractive package including a starting salary of
£56,497 per annum. The Teachers’ Pension Scheme is also applicable. As part of our
