ASSISTANT HEAD, DIRECTOR OF SIXTH FORM 

Required for September 2018 

This is a superb opportunity for an inspirational, charismatic and well-qualified leader with strong management experience to lead our multi-talented, very able and motivated young women in the Sixth Form.   

The successful candidate will be a strong academic role model and have the right personal qualities to gain experience at senior leadership level and shape the future direction for the Sixth Form.  With ambitions to further extend its profile over the next few years and a new Sixth Form build taking place during Summer 2018 the Sixth Form is at an exciting stage of its development.   

We are a highly academic girls’ independent day school set in the heart of St Albans, with very good transport links to central and outer London.  We offer a competitive salary and attractive benefits package along with the commitment to develop and promote our staff through our extensive CPD programme.
