Trent requires an Assistant Head (Head of Main School) who is committed to the academic development and pastoral well being of pupils. The successful candidate will have an important position within the Senior Leadership Team and will line manage key pastoral middle managers and tutors. The School is keen for candidates with a passion for education and some leadership experience (academic or pastoral) to apply. Applications from any academic subject area are invited.

Salary package will be commensurate with experience and qualifications and includes a generous school fee discount, private medical insurance and complimentary use of the excellent leisure and dining facilities.
