Assistant Head (Head of Middle School)

Following the promotion of the previous Assistant Head, we are looking to appoint an experienced, caring and ambitious pastoral leader ready to lead the pastoral care of Years 9 – 11: the Middle School. You will help shape and maintain the ethos, tone and high expectations of the Latymer Middle School. Your pastoral instincts will be excellent and will be focused on ensuring the emotional, physical and intellectual wellbeing of the pupils in your care. 

As a key member of the Senior Management Team, you will need to demonstrate your commitment to the school’s ethos and aims and strategic direction.  As Assistant Head (Middle School), you will play a full role in the Senior Management Team contributing to the wider strategic development of the school and, also, more specifically to its pastoral and academic development.
