This is an ideal role for an experienced or aspiring leader with excellent interpersonal skills to join our growing school community.

We have a vibrant extra-curricular programme across the school, and candidates who coach sports, especially football, swimming, and basketball, are particularly welcome.  

Garden International School is a co-educational school of around 460 students, with classes from Early Years to Year 13. We have over 40 nationalities represented in our community and use an educational framework based on the English National Curriculum, leading to IGCSE and the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme. Many of our students have English as a second or even third language; these students are supported by a strong English as an additional language department. We have a small boarding facility, and the school has a wonderful sense of community. Class sizes are generally small, with the students well motivated, engaged in their learning and supported by their families. Year on year, our results are impressive, with around 90% of students achieving five or more A*- C grades at IGCSE and an IB average point score of 34.

Our school is fully accredited by the Council of International Schools (CIS), the International Baccalaureate Organisation (IBO) and the Thai Ministry of Education (ONESQA). We are affiliated with the International Schools Association of Thailand (ISAT) and the Department for Education in the United Kingdom. We are also a founder member of the Federation of British International Schools in Asia (FOBISIA).

Ban Chang is a semi-rural coastal town in Rayong Province, about 2 hours from Bangkok and 45 minutes from both the tourist hot spot of Pattaya and the bustling city of Rayong. Appointed teachers from the United Kingdom are to provide an International Child Protection Certificate (UK) (refer: http://www.acro.police.uk/ICPC/). Full police clearance, covering at least the previous ten years, is necessary for all appointees who are working, or who have worked, in countries outside the United Kingdom.
