In this vital new post as Assistant Head: Learning Enhancement and Achievement, you will take the lead in championing and developing new initiatives regarding our commitment to maximising learning outcomes, in addition to identifying individual strengths and needs, providing girls with the guidance and support they need, both emotionally and academically, to succeed.
You will promote quality first teaching to sustain and enhance the excellent standing of the School and will be responsible for administering and directing the school’s Learning Enhancement provision, promoting inclusion and achievement for all.
The ideal candidate will be a middle or senior leader, who is forward thinking with strategic vision and strong leadership and management skills, as well as successful teaching experience in a range of settings with broad knowledge of the curriculum across the range 4 – 11.
