Job overview
Gretton School is an Independent Special School for children aged 5 to 19 with Autism specifically High Functioning Autism and Asperger’s Syndrome.
We are looking to appoint a motivated and dedicated person to lead the boarding provision.
The successful candidate must
- have at least 2 years working in a senior support worker position or equivalent.
- have relevant training, understanding and knowledge of autism
- be able to demonstrate a calm and patient and positive approach
- have the ability to work as part of a team as well as being able to use own initiative
- have an appropriate level 4 qualification
- be willing to undertake a Level 5 qualification
A competitive salary, pension and ongoing professional development is provided.
Salary £30,000 to £40,000 depending on experience and qualifications
