The Role: The school is seeking to appoint a dedicated and committed colleague to join the Head of Faculty in leading the Performing Arts faculty. As a Drama specialist you will be passionate about your subject and the part it plays in the curriculum experience for students. Because you are an excellent teacher you will know how to inspire those around you to achieve their very best. Your previous experience as a leader is less important to us than your clear vision on what can be achieved for our students and your team of committed and dedicated staff as well as your ability to motivate and inspire. In addition to your subject specialism, the exact responsibilities for the role will be agreed on appointment but will focus on the strengths and experience of the successful candidate as well as providing breadth for further professional development.
