Dynamic and innovative teachers of Spanish with French are invited to apply for the position of Second in Faculty in our newly created Foundation Faculty.

Wellfield High School is an ambitious school which has high expectations. We are now looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and creative teacher of mainly Spanish (KS3 and KS4) with some French to Key Stage 4, to join our Foundation Faculty. The subjects within the faculty include, Religious Education, Geography, History, Spanish and French.

The successful candidate will join a team which has just entered an exciting partnership with Tarleton Academy.  Working as part of our close knit team you will inspire and develop outstanding classroom practice with high aspirations for students. Through your passion for learning you will develop new and creative ideas, embedding an enjoyment of your subject into lessons and the faculty by sharing good practice. You will work with a committed team of specialist teachers and within the partnership have access to quality CPD.

As Second in Faculty you will be involved in supporting the Head of Faculty,  reviewing and developing schemes of work and resources, addressing gaps in attainment of underachieving students and ensuring progression for the classes you teach.
