About the Post
Are you seeking a role that will excite and energise you? Would you relish the opportunity to join an exciting and progressive journey to transform education across our community?
We are seeking an inspirational and highly motivated teacher of Mathematics to join our talented and forward-thinking department as we continue to transform education across our town. In September 2021 Twynham School and The Grange School (TGS) federated staffing structures enabling us to launch an ambitious and progressive vision for the education provided by our two schools. Whilst this post will be based at Twynham School we are seeking colleagues who will be committed to our work across the town and will be ambitious for further opportunities across our two schools.
In judging TGS to be “good” in all areas in December 2021, Ofsted recognised the efficacy and powerful opportunity provided by our federated approach and you will be joining an organisation that is gathering considerable momentum and has an absolute commitment to providing exceptional opportunities for the young people of Christchurch.
This is a truly exceptional opportunity for a talented colleague.

• Is an emergent and aspirational leader ready to take responsibilities within a large department
• Has a proven track-record of improving outcomes for students
• Is ambitious for wider school leadership and thrives in an aspirational culture
• Will embrace our highly supportive and professional culture
Twynham School can offer you:
• The chance to be a part of an exciting educational journey alongside highly regarding professionals
• The opportunity to work with exceptional colleagues and wonderful young people and their families

About Twynham School
Headteacher's Welcome
Twynham School is an exceptionally special place; a school which believes in the unlimited potential of every child, where people are valued above all and ultimately a place where every child can be successful. Our long-tradition of success is built on two vital pillars; high quality teaching and learning and, most importantly, the value we place on the very special relationships between students and staff.
I feel incredibly honoured to lead such a remarkable school. At Twynham we care about the individual and pride ourselves in the warmth of our community in which all of our students feel valued. Of course examination results matter and at Twynham our students consistently achieve excellent results in all areas giving them access to far-reaching opportunities. However this is just one aspect of Twynham and students are supported to show ambition both within and beyond the classroom.
Mr Jy Taylor
Headteacher
