About the role

The Assistant Head of Primary role is to support the Head of Primary in running, maintaining and developing the Primary School of the British International School of Houston as it continues on its journey towards achieving the 5-year Strategic Plan.
The Assistant Heads of Primary post holders will, along with the Head of Primary, have responsibilities for the ongoing strategic development of the Primary School. Key to this will be a sustained contribution to framing and communicating the shared vision for BISH to parents, students and staff in both the written and oral format.
The successful post holder will have an effective range of leadership competencies and a commitment to excellence at every level.
