Over the last five years The Bishop David Brown School has been transformed but we have the drive and desire to do more and we are looking for a skilled Assistant Head of School who has the same desire as all of our stakeholders. 

You will drive the development of the school’s character and culture ensuring our students personal development is as important as their academic development. We are looking for someone with the vision and determination to ensure all our students receive a first class education and who will rise to the challenge of building on success.

The successful candidate will understand the context of our School and the community it serves. You must be an outstanding and innovative teacher who is able to demonstrate their track record as a strong, strategic leader and demonstrate the impact you have made at your own School. You must be visible and share the same passion for transforming young people’s lives that all staff at Bishop David Brown School do.
