An inspirational, ambitious and highly motivated teacher is sought to teach science throughout the school and serve as assistant head of department.
The Science Department is very successful. All pupils take either two or three science GCSEs and last year 87% of Year 11 students gained at least two GCSE grades 9 - 4. The numbers opting to study science in our outstanding sixth form continues to grow.
The school of 1000 pupils, plus a Sixth Form of 300 pupils, is attractively and conveniently situated close to the Ribble Valley and has excellent motorway connections via M65 to M6 and M62.
