Q3 Tipton has high expectations for all students and is one of nine schools in the Mercian Academy Trust. Pupils feel confident to ‘be themselves’ in this inclusive community” (Ofsted, 2022). Following Ofsted in December 2022, we are looking to expand our PE department to continue in our journey of excellence, working to support and develop opportunities for our students within our community.

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Assistant Head of Year to join our already fantastic team of dedicated, efficient and hardworking colleagues, who contribute to the ongoing improvement the behaviour and attendance of young people in a specific year group.
