Assistant Head, Pastoral & Head of 6th Form

LVS Oxford are recruiting an Assistant Head, Pastoral & Head of 6th Form to support the Head of School in the school's management and strategic planning and in the development and maintenance of LVS Oxford’s innovative approaches to the education of children with ASD.  

The Assistant Head will work closely with the Deputy Head to ensure a consistent approach to education and well-being in all areas of the school’s work, and will lead the development and management of pastoral care and behaviour support. Additionally, the Assistant Head will oversee the development of the 6th Form curriculum, focusing on vocational courses and work experience opportunities, alongside accredited qualifications. 

The successful applicant will be required to undergo an enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service check.
