Box Hill School is a co-educational day and boarding community of 425 girls and boys aged 11 to 18, whose educational ideals and practice are designed to get the best out of each pupil. The school follows the philosophy of Kurt Hahn, founder of Gordonstoun in Scotland: while placing academic work at the heart of a school, Hahn stressed the importance of an all-round education as a preparation for life.  

Box Hill School is a warm and supportive community.  We pride ourselves on our holistic and nurturing atmosphere.  We aim to appoint a colleague who will involve themselves whole-heartedly across our community working hard to ensure the wellbeing of pupils.

This is a key appointment reporting to the Deputy Head Pastoral.  The successful candidate will play an important role in whole School operations.
