We wish to appoint an outstanding candidate to join our busy and popular Prep School in this Senior Leadership Team post. With responsibility for the pastoral needs of the boys and staff, this post will suit someone with charisma and drive, who is keen to further their career and play a pivotal part in the school.
The school has its own salary scale which is well above the national scale and there is generous fee remission for children of teaching staff of the Harpur Trust Schools in Bedford. Staff are normally expected to find their own accommodation but there may be some school accommodation available in certain circumstances.

Creative arts are a big part of school life, with boys taking part in concerts, exhibitions and performances throughout the year. In our dedicated music building with a state-of-the-art music technology suite and well-equipped practice rooms, many of our boys learn to play one or more instruments.
