Queen's College Preparatory School is seeking an exceptional Assistant Head to provide professional leadership and management of the pastoral teams to ensure the school remains a positive, secure and happy environment where each girl can thrive and flourish. The Assistant Head (Pastoral) is a member of the Senior Leadership Team and has a key role to play in both the strategic development of the school and the day to day management of it. Members of the Senior Leadership Team are expected to create a climate of high expectations and continuous improvement in all areas of school life including pupil achievement, good manners, and involvement in enrichment activities. The Assistant Head (Pastoral) is the Designated Safeguarding Lead for the whole school, including EYFS.
