The Performing Arts Department at Rossall is flourishing with increasing professionalism of productions and endless ambition for our pupils. Children are increasingly choosing Rossall because of the performing arts provision and opportunities to work with other like-minded pupils and dedicated staff.

The Assistant Head (Performing Arts) will have overall responsibility for all aspects of Performing Arts at the School. They are expected to work very closely with the Director of Music, Head of Drama and Director of the Broadway Academy to ensure that the Performing Arts provision at Rossall is outstanding and recognised as such both regionally and nationally.

This includes management of the curriculum, oversight of our co-curricular offering, managing a calendar of performances that showcases talent and hard work and provides pupils with ample opportunities to perform. The ideal candidate will engender a passion and loyalty among all pupils in the beauty and value of the Arts and will be a keen advocate and driving force for rich exposure to all aspects of the performing arts for all pupils.
