The Local Governing Body is keen to recruit an Assistant Head Teacher for Inclusion to join our successful Senior Leadership Team. If you are an ambitious, inspiring professional with a passion for promoting inclusion and supporting all children to achieve their potential, this is the role for you. This is a non-class based post, please refer to the job description for teaching responsibilities.

What kind of person are we looking for?

  1. An outstanding teacher who is passionate about inclusion and wants to make a difference;      to take us beyond ‘outstanding’.
  2. A specialist with an indepth knowledge of children’s learning and a detailed understanding      of how best to support vulnerable pupils and those with additional      needs. 
  3. A teacher who either holds the National Award for SENCOs or is keen to complete the      award.
  4. A driven individual with the capacity to project and sustain a positive attitude      and approach at all times.
  5. An inspiring leader with the ability to manage, organise and motivate staff with      diplomacy, sensitivity and good humour.
