The Local Governing Body is keen to recruit an Assistant Head Teacher for Inclusion to join our successful Senior Leadership Team. If you are an ambitious, inspiring professional with a passion for promoting inclusion and supporting all children to achieve their potential, this is the role for you. This is a non-class based post, please refer to the job description for teaching responsibilities.

What kind of person are we looking for?
- An outstanding teacher who is passionate about inclusion and wants to make a difference; to take us beyond ‘outstanding’.
- A specialist with an indepth knowledge of children’s learning and a detailed understanding of how best to support vulnerable pupils and those with additional needs.
- A teacher who either holds the National Award for SENCOs or is keen to complete the award.
- A driven individual with the capacity to project and sustain a positive attitude and approach at all times.
- An inspiring leader with the ability to manage, organise and motivate staff with diplomacy, sensitivity and good humour.
