 We have a group of highly motivated sparky, sparkly professionals who are already on the surge in their practice in our ASD department. They need a leader who has a soft hand on the reins, a guider, not a teller, a listener who makes their words count. This gang will storm the bastions for a lucky leader with a light touch, a right touch. Their new leader will know when to innovate and when to consolidate, when to reflect, when to deflect, a rock in a crisis and a wisp in a tailwind, will be of them and not above them.
