Are you an experienced leader, innovator and practitioner who has had a demonstrable impact on learning?
We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated leader as from 1st September 2019. The successful candidate will join the SLT who see the learning needs of the individual as a priority.
The successful candidate will have expertise in the leading of learning and teaching of pupils with complex, severe and moderate learning difficulties as well as having substantial previous experience working at a senior level.
The above position offers an exciting, challenging and rewarding opportunity to be part of Central England Academy Trust. Central England Academy Trust is an expanding successful specialist setting for 272 children and young people aged 4 - 19, with a broad spectrum of special educational needs and learning disabilities. The schools share a site. There are 147 students within the Secondary school and 125 pupils in the Primary School.
In addition to completing an application form, candidates are asked to submit a letter of application of no more than two sides of A4. The letter should:
1 Outline your skills and knowledge in relation to the areas outlined in the person specification.
2 Contain a section clearly stating your vision in relation to school priorities and the significant areas of the role as set out in the ‘Main Purpose of Job’ bullet points
