Thames View Junior School is seeking an exceptional Assistant Headteacher from September 2019, to inspire the school community to deliver an outstanding education to its children and young people. 

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the next stage of the school’s development. The school is part of a growing multi-academy trust – Partnership Learning – which currently consists of twelve schools – primary, secondary, all-through and special. Being a part of the Trust offers its own opportunities for support, collaboration and staff development. However, the school also works very closely and maintains a close and positive relationship with the Local Authority

Candidates must be committed to leading specialist education that is successful and effective for all pupils. This is a challenging and rewarding appointment and we are looking for a highly capable and experienced leader to fill the post. You must be a successful and ambitious leader; you will be passionate about improving outcomes for children and young people. You will also be an excellent communicator who is used to building strong effective teams within schools and effective partnerships in the wider community and with other professionals.
