This post is an opportunity for a committed strategic leader looking either to extend their experience of Assistant Headship, or start their first Assistant Headship in a collegiate and rewarding environment. Accountable to the Head of Academy, the Assistant Headteacher will take full responsibility for priority aspects of behaviour, achievement and student welfare across the school.

  • Have excellent, well-developed interpersonal skills; 
  • Have a strong commitment to inclusion, diversity and flexible working practices;
  • Be truly ambitious for our vibrant School and Trust and for each and every student within it;
  • Be able to build and sustain strong communities within and outside of the school;
  • Be able to innovate, embrace and manage complex whole-school change.
