We are seeking an exceptional candidate to develop the implementation of behaviour and attitudes further.  The main focus will be on working with individuals, faculties and the staff as a whole to refine the quality of behaviour and attitudes, securing improvement as required.  The successful candidate will also be responsible for line management of SPLs (Head of Year and the SENCO
