- Leadership and development of our reward and celebration culture
- Behaviour and conduct improvement agenda
- Reactive and proactive behaviour support for staff
- Line management for Heads of Year
- Development and implementation of Anti-Bullying strategy
- Whole school Student voice strategy and implementation
- Parent engagement strategy and implementation
- Leadership of enrichment, extra-curricular and House system
- Leadership of our Post-16 readiness programme
