The successful candidate will be an inspirational and outstanding teacher who can lead on curriculum development, including the whole Trust’s STEM Strategy. They will take a key role in leading our ambitious, enthusiastic curriculum leaders.

The successful candidate will:

· Have significant experience of raising standards across a school

· Inspire students and staff to achieve the very best

· Have a proven track record in developing and delivering innovative and exciting teaching and learning in their subject area

· Understand successful strategies for teaching across all subjects and age ranges

· Have a vision and passion for teaching and developing the whole school curriculum

· Have proven management skills in leading on teaching and learning

· Can make an impact on teaching and learning across the whole Trust from age 4 – 19

· Are looking for Headship in the next five years.
