Are you an existing inspirational leader looking for a new challenge or an exceptional middle leader looking for your next steps who is passionate about transforming the lives of children and young people with autism?

The Cavendish School (TCS) opened in September 2021 as part of Eastern Learning Alliance. We are a trust with an excellent track record in inclusion and special needs that has as its core vision the drive to ‘build a better world through education’.

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic leader to support the set up and development of our curriculum across the school. The successful candidate will play an integral role within our newly developing leadership team and be part of the journey of a developing school which, although in its infancy, already has a strong Ethos and Culture. The school is situated in a bespoke building and is collocated with Impington Village College.

You will be:

We offer you:

  • A brand new and autism-friendly innovative learning environment
