To join the Leadership team at Cheadle Hulme High School and work to develop a Trust wide approach across all schools
Are you…Passionate about your subject? Knowledgeable about areas beyond your own discipline? Interested in ideas? Curious about what you don’t know?
Could you…Inspire students with your enthusiasm? Pass on your knowledge and extend theirs? Help them to develop and articulate their own ideas?
We are looking for an individual who can answer ‘yes’ to the above questions to take on a new post of Director of Culture, Creativity & Rhetoric, initially at Cheadle Hulme High School and ultimately across the Laurus Trust.
We have been a Teaching School since March 2012 and were judged Outstanding in every single category by Ofsted in 2011 and 2015. The 2016 results for CHHS put us in the top 5% of schools nationally (based on the 'Progress 8' performance measure), which is the highest rating in Stockport and shows CHHS outperforming many schools throughout the Greater Manchester region. This year CHHS is ranked in the top ten most sought after schools in Greater Manchester.
If you want to work in a highly ambitious and successful school and believe you have the vision and commitment to join our team, then we would like to hear from you.
The Laurus Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects all staff to share this commitment.
