The Senior Leadership Team and Governors of this ambitious primary school are looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced school leader or an outstanding teacher with a track record of consistently high student achievement and clear leadership potential.
As an Assistant Headteacher you will be an active lead on a wide range of day to day organisational and strategic responsibilities including Key Stage One lead. You will take a class in either EYFS or Key Stage One. You will lead by example to promote and foster the ambitions of the school, inspiring and motivating staff to develop and improve our school’s achievements.
Assistant Headteacher key responsibilities:
• Be an outstanding teacher in order to model best practice;
• Strengthen our school by continually strive for excellence;
• Improve the progress of all groups of pupils across all phases;
• Lead on whole school responsibilities (the specific areas will be decided after appointment);
• Grow leaders from within our school through coaching;
• Be ambitious for our school; be creative and innovating in your thinking.
