The governors are seeking to appoint an inspirational and dynamic leader to join this 11-16 Catholic school. 


The successful candidate will:


• have a track record of effective leadership at middle or senior management level

• have ambitions for Headship for the future

• understand the contribution of outstanding teaching and learning and high quality pastoral care to developing an excellent ethos and support for pupils

• be willing to share all aspects of the leadership and management of the school in the pursuit of an excellent education for all our pupils

• be an excellent classroom teacher
