Job overview
We are working with a two form primary school which has just become part of a small academy trust and looking to build a transformational SLT. The school has been through some change since they where judged Requires Improvement in all areas but has strong momentum to move forward quickly under the right leadership. There is huge scope to make an impact for ambitious, visionary and dynamic leaders.
The school are looking to develop and increase the leadership capacity within the school to drive forward the school improvement targets and raise standards and aspirations of our children. The right candidate will be able to coach individuals as well as talent spot future leaders. They should also lead by example, sharing their understanding and knowledge of outstanding teaching and learning to develop the practice of others.
