- Would love to lead, with our DHT, a team of House Leaders, Inclusion Co-ordinator, ELSAs and admin officers and tutors to drive forward our culture and ethos, evoking and sustaining one enthusiastic voice.

- Have experience of leading teams that fuse superb care for wellbeing with the highest aspirations and interventions for academic success, enabling happiness, resilience and excellent progress;

- Have presence, gravitas and integrity with colleagues, pupils, parents, partner schools and agencies alike;

- Have strong experience of excellent SEND provision, safeguarding and provision for looked after children to assume the roles of Designated Safeguarding Lead and Designated Teacher for Looked After Children;

- Have credibility as an excellent teaching practitioner in your subject(s).

Noadswood is a mixed, comprehensive, non-denominational secondary school without sixth form situated in the village of Dibden Purlieu at the edge of the New Forest near Southampton. It is an academy converter supported by the single-academy trust Noadswood School Trust. An average size for a secondary school, the school will provide 1,125 places for secondary school students between the ages of 11-16.

Noadswood became a specialist sports college in 2006 and converted to academy status in August 2011.
