Required From 1st September 2025

Join Our Exceptional Team at Bridgewater High School.

At Bridgewater High School, we stand as a beacon of excellence, renowned for its innovation, creativity, and commitment to outstanding outcomes. Our school consistently delivers exceptional results.

We take immense pride in not only guiding students to achieve remarkable success at GCSE but also in fostering a culture of inclusion, precision, and creativity. Our students leave us equipped with the skills and confidence to excel in a rapidly evolving world.

We are proud of our Inclusive culture and have a strong reputation locally on meeting the needs of pupils with additional needs. In addition to supporting pupils with many different additional needs in mainstream we also host a 25 place Designated Provision for pupils with ASC. Students are supported by a team of 40 teaching and pastoral assistants.

This is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to develop further an already successful and committed SEN team whilst also developing a whole school approach to supporting the most vulnerable pupils, including those requiring an Alternative Pathway.

The successful applicant will have line management responsibilities within the Inclusion team.

As Bridgewater High School is a split site school the successful candidate, whilst having a base on one site, will have responsibility for inclusion over each site.

If you share our dedication to excellence, we would love to hear from you.
