New Line Learning Academy is seeking to appoint an Assistant Headteacher for April/September 2023. We are looking for an exceptional individual, who is experienced and organised and will become a highly effective member of our Senior Leadership Team. The successful candidate will bring energy and enthusiasm to the role, and make a consistently positive contribution to our school culture. This is an exciting opportunity to join a vibrant, popular and highly successful school.
The responsibilities of the role have not been defined as to invite applications from as wide a field as possible. We want to be able to appoint the right person and we are confident that the current skills of the Senior Leadership Team are such that we are able to rotate current responsibilities to accommodate the new appointment.
We are looking for an outstanding individual who will:
- Be visible and supportive of the school’s vision and ethos
- Promote high standards and consistent expectations
- Be strategic and knowledgeable of the school’s key priorities
- Encourage excellent standards of achievement and behaviour for students
The successful candidate will have:
- Qualified Teacher Status
- Possess recent, relevant teaching experience
