Assistant Headteacher

 The Enfield Learning Trust is a family of successful primary schools in Enfield. Chesterfield Primary School are looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working Assistant Headteacher to join the Senior Leadership Team. 

You will monitor and be accountable for standards and achievement in a phase; lead an aspect of teaching, learning and assessment, and contribute to our whole school development plan. As a teacher with proven high standards, you will have teaching commitments, which may be class-based dependent on the needs of the school. 

We provide quality training and development for staff across the Enfield Learning Trust and we are able to offer significant opportunities for career progression and professional development. We value the wellbeing of our staff, and to support the teacher workload challenge we have removed unnecessary paperwork.
