Are you an ambitious and dynamic maths teacher, with some leadership experience, now ready for the next step into senior leadership? 

Marshland High School is an 11-16 school located in Norfolk. We are now looking for a new Assistant Headteacher – Maths to join our motivated team. We are committed to offering a warm, friendly and purposeful setting for all our students to flourish. 

The successful candidate will play the leading role in delivering an outstanding education in math’s and providing strong and effective leadership to departmental staff.  Additional whole school responsibilities will include: leadership, teaching and learning, leading and managing staff and wider professional effectiveness. 

As an integral part of West Norfolk Academies Trust (WNAT), which has the vision and commitment to improve the outcomes of all our students, there may also be opportunities for you to lead on Trust-wide initiatives. 

We are seeking an Assistant Headteacher – Maths who has an organised and methodical approach to work, can demonstrate a passion for continual improvement and achievement and with an ability to inspire the confidence of students, parents and colleagues with enthusiasm and commitment to the role.
