We joined the Kemnal Academies Trust (TKAT) on the 1st September 2012, which has 7 academies in Crawley.

We are seeking to appoint an Assistant Headteacher who will play a crucial part in the future success of the whole school as well as leading the continued positive development of the Maths Department. Your leadership duties will involve working closely with other senior leaders to build and implement planned structures to continue the success of the school. We require a highly motivated and talented leader who is committed to raising the expectations and achievements of our community and transforming outcomes for our students. The successful candidate will lead and manage the department in order to secure the highest quality of learning for student, and will be required to teach all years and abilities, modelling the highest standard of practice. Excellent subject knowledge, use of a range of teaching strategies to inspire and motivate our students and a commitment to sharing and capturing the best practice within the department are essential attributes. We are looking for a passionate teacher who brings their subject to life, and a leader who is dedicated to creating a legacy of excellence in Maths.

The Academy plans focused and bespoke training whilst supporting staff at every opportunity to develop their educational understanding and application of Teaching & Learning. Staff are equipped with the skills to engage learners through the delivery of high quality lessons.
